How do I know if our organization needs a Strategic Plan?
Every organization needs a Strategic Plan if it is truly committed to sustainable success.

How do I know if this is the time to be tending to this daunting task for the first time or whether we need a revision?
The more recent and relevant your current Strategic Plan, the more magnetic pull it will have in helping you adhere to its Mission and achieve its Vision. In general, revisions are useful when done at least annually or within 18 months of the latest version.
