Dave Fisher, the founder and president of The Delfi Group Inc., has 25 years of progressive management experience. His strengths lie in leadership skills, training, team building, change management and strategy development and implementation. He leads the team that takes every opportunity to delight their customers by exceeding their expectations. Needless to say, he is always experimenting with alternate ways of improving results (he had three new putting grips last golf season alone!).
Elaine is a co-founder of The Delfi Group and works in the capacity of office manager. Her previous work experience has been varied and interesting. Having worked in the insurance and travel industries, she knows the importance of organizational and customer service skills. Having taught in a nursery school, volunteered her time in various activities for children, and having been fortunate to have been a "stay at home" mom while her children were young, she believes that young people are our most valuable natural resource.
Gail joined The Delfi Group as an Associate in 1997, bringing an extensive background in clinical and supervisory social work, as well as 9 years of corporate human resources experience, with a focus on training, employment services, and internal consulting. She also has current knowledge of small business challenges, through a successful family sales oriented business. Gail is a "people person" with strong leadership, analytical and organizational skills, and a keen interest in workplace mediation.
Jim is a seasoned Human Resources professional with many years of responsible and relevant experience gained from a variety of roles as an HR practitioner and senior manager/leader. Drawing from his broad spectrum of experience in compensation and benefits, employee relations, staffing and Human Resources operations, Jim can support business leaders in advancing their business objectives and improving business results through the application of sound workforce management practices.
Chris brings to the Delfi group a mixed bag of skills and experiences. For the past 15 years, Chris and his wife Val have owned and operated a successful outdoor tourist attraction, the Bonnechere Caves, in the Ottawa valley. Chris is very passionate about helping youth and this is reinforced by the fact that he has worked with troubled youth as a Youth Worker in our criminal justice system for almost 27 years as well.
Rich Hale graduated with an MBA from Queens University at Kingston, and brings over 25 years of Senior Management experience in Manufacturing Organisations to the Delfi Group. His background includes three years as Gerneral Manager of the KI facility in Pembroke Ontario. Rich has a particular focus in Lean Manufacturing activities and providing Business Transition support.
MC is an Executive Coach who uses a Results-based approach to work with ambitious leaders, innovators and entrepreneurs.
